The Vulcan K60DLT direct steam tilting kettle's 60-gallon true working capacity and 2⁄3-jacketed construction ensure even steam distribution, while the ellipsoidal bottom enhances cooking efficiency. A stainless steel enclosure houses the steam control valve, self-locking tilt mechanism, and faucet bracket for user convenience. This kettle is supported by a tri-leg base with tubular legs and flanged feet for stability in commercial kitchens. The steam control assembly includes a condensate return line strainer and a safety valve steam trap to regulate pressure. Embossed gallon and liter markings allow for quick and accurate measurement, while a bar rim reinforces the structure.
