Vulcan K20GLT Description
Built with a durable tri-leg base, the Vulcan K20GLT gas tilting kettle remains stable during operation while providing access beneath the unit for cleaning. Its 20-gallon true working capacity and 2⁄3-jacketed construction ensure even steam distribution for consistent cooking results. Designed with an ellipsoidal bottom, this unit enhances heat transfer, while the manual tilt mechanism enables controlled dispensing. A faucet bracket is positioned on the tilting console for added convenience.
The Vulcan K20GLT tilting kettle includes a stainless steel enclosure that houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, power-on light, solid-state temperature control, a vacuum/pressure gauge, a pressure relief valve, a low water light, and a low water shut-off. It tilts forward 95 degrees for complete emptying, while embossed gallon and liter markings simplify measurement. Engineered for demanding kitchen environments, the unit operates at a steam pressure of 50 PSI. Fueled by natural gas, this model delivers 100,000 BTU for high-volume cooking.
