Vulcan K20GLT Description
Designed with a self-locking tilt mechanism, the Vulcan K20GLT gas tilting kettle provides controlled dispensing while preventing accidental movement during operation. With a 20-gallon true working capacity, this unit is 2⁄3-jacketed to ensure even heat distribution. Its ellipsoidal bottom enhances cooking efficiency, while the manual tilt function allows for precise pouring. Supported by tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet, the tri-leg base offers stability in commercial kitchens.
The Vulcan K20GLT tilting kettle features a stainless steel enclosure that houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, pressure relief valve, a low water light, and a low water shut-off. The kettle tilts forward 95 degrees for complete emptying, while embossed gallon and liter markings simplify measurement. Built to withstand high-pressure cooking environments, the unit operates at a steam pressure of 50 PSI. Fueled by LP gas, this unit delivers 100,000 BTU for high-volume cooking applications.
