Vulcan FRYMATE VX15 Description
The Vulcan FRYMATE™ VX15 dump and hold station is designed to extend the holding time of freshly fried foods, and it can be attached to any gas or electric freestanding fryer with a capacity between 35 and 65 pounds. To provide installation versatility and flexibility, it can be attached to the right or left side of a freestanding fryer. Because the cabinet and holding surface are made of stainless steel, the unit is suitable for long-term, heavy-duty use. The sloped drain top facilitates the flow of grease away from food and into the collector, and to simplify cleanup, the grease collector is removable and dishwasher safe. Casters attached to the bottom of the structure enable movement, while two brakes can lock it in place.
