Designed to handle high-capacity cooking, the Vulcan ABC7E-240P full-size combi oven can hold seven 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (14) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans. This versatile unit supports various cooking applications, including baking, steaming, roasting, air-frying, and proofing. Its boilerless design with automatic humidity adjustment ensures consistent results, while an auto-reversing fan promotes even heat distribution. Operators can use the intuitive three-knob control system to manage temperature, timer, and humidity with ease.
Built for durability, the Vulcan ABC7E-240P combi oven is constructed of fully insulated stainless steel for enhanced heat retention. Safety features include a cool-touch, heat-reflective tempered glass door, a flashing door light, and an audible alarm system. Four stainless steel racks are included, while halogen lighting illuminates the cooking chamber. Machine diagnostics can be accessed via the control panel or USB port, ensuring smooth operation. This unit does not include a stand and requires hardwired installation.
