Traulsen G22013 Description
Because the Traulsen G22013 Dealer's Choice two-section freezer has a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system that simplifies maintenance and helps prevent unauthorized users from tampering with equipment. It has a front-facing condenser coil, as well as an air-cooled hermetic compressor, and to prevent contamination, the evaporator coil is contained outside the food zone. Though temperatures can reach -10 degrees Fahrenheit in an ambient space of 90 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature holding range is between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Traulsen G22013 reach-in freezer provides six epoxy-coated shelves to store and support product, and while the interior and sides are made of anodized aluminum, the front and doors are made of stainless steel. For structural reinforcement, the top, back, and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the full-height doors are fitted with EZ-Clean gaskets to seal in cold air. LED lighting illuminates the interior, increasing product visibility.
