Traulsen G22011 Description
The Traulsen G22011 Dealer's Choice two-section freezer has a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, which eases servicing and deters unauthorized users from tampering with the unit. Simplifying maintenance, the condenser coil also faces the front, and the thermostatic expansion valve meters R290 refrigerant. Its evaporator coil is located outside of the food zone, the hermetic compressor is air cooled, and the unit can hold temperatures between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 90-degree Fahrenheit ambient temperature, the unit can hold temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Traulsen G22011 reach-in freezer's front and two full-size doors are made of stainless steel for durability and simplified cleaning. For rust resistance, the sides and interior are constructed of anodized aluminum, while the top, back, and bottom are made of heavy-gauge, galvanized steel to add structural reinforcement. Two full-size doors are equipped with EZ-Clean door gaskets, and the door will stay open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading product. To maximize storage space, there are three epoxy-coated shelves in each section
