Traulsen G21010 Description
The Traulsen G21010 Dealer's Choice two-section refrigerator offers 46.9 cubic feet of cold storage space for busy commercial kitchens. Like other refrigerators in the G-Series, it has a stainless steel front and doors, along with anodized aluminum sides and interior finishes. The glass doors provide a clear view of stored product, and LED lights provide additional visibility. To prevent theft, each door has a cylinder lock and closes by itself. However, if pulled to 120 degrees, the doors stay open for stocking. Each section has three epoxy-coated wire shelves that are supported by shelf pins. Product sits on the shelves and floor, and to ensure proper airflow, a load-sure guard extends down the right side.
This Traulsen G21010 reach-in refrigerator runs at temperatures from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature is displayed on an LED screen and can be adjusted with the microprocessor controls. The unit maintains the designated temperature using a thermostatic expansion valve that regulates the flow of refrigerant and recovers temperatures more quickly than capillary tubes, enabling it to store regularly used ingredients.
