More usable space is provided by the evaporator coil's placement outside the food zone, and durability is enhanced by the all-metal construction. The front and doors are made of stainless steel, and the sides and interior are constructed of anodized aluminum. Operators can conveniently remove and clean the long-lasting door gaskets.
