The Traulsen G20012 two-section reach-in refrigerator comes with six wire shelves coated in epoxy that resist corrosion, and their wire design enhances steady airflow. Guards along the wall also maintain airflow space and ensure users correctly load product. This energy-efficient, high-performing system is constructed with an LED temperature display and a reliable microprocessor control. More usable space is provided by the evaporator coil's placement outside the food zone, and durability is enhanced by the all-metal construction. The front and doors are made of stainless steel, and the sides and interior are constructed of anodized aluminum. Operators can conveniently remove and clean the long-lasting door gaskets.
