Traulsen G12011 Description
Because the Traulsen G12011 single-section reach-in freezer is made completely of metal, it is durable and corrosion resistant. While the interior and exterior sides are made of anodized aluminum, its exterior front is made of stainless steel. In the cabinet, three shelves, which are epoxy coated for corrosion resistance, hold products. A Load-Sure Guard in the cabinet prevents users from storing items too close to the wall and inhibiting airflow.
The refrigeration system in this Traulsen G12011 one-section reach-in freezer is top mounted, eliminating contact with dirt and debris on the floor, even though it can be more difficult to access than bottom-mounted components. For cleaning, the condenser coil is accessible from the front, and the evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize cabinet storage space. To suit different operations, the unit's temperature stays at a set level between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
