Traulsen G11010-032 Description
The Traulsen G11010-032 one-section reach-in refrigerator's exterior front is constructed of stainless steel to increase its durability. Stored items can be viewed through the door's glass window and are visible under LED lights. To keep cold air in the cabinet, these doors self-close, but they stay open past 120 degrees when loading and unloading inventory on the three shelves. Each shelf is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.
This Traulsen G11010-032 reach-in refrigerator has four 6-inch-tall casters so it can be moved, though the locks on each of the casters are suitable for semi-permanent installation. Quick refrigeration recovery times are provided by the thermostatic expansion valve device, and the door perimeter heaters help prevent condensate. A magnetic EZ-Clean door gasket can be snapped in and removed for cleaning. This unit's automatic condensate evaporator is non-electric, saving on energy.
