Traulsen G11010 Description
The Traulsen G11010 single-section refrigerator’s top-mount refrigeration system keeps it away from debris and dirt on the floor, because if these particles get sucked into the condenser, it can affect operation and efficiency. An evaporator coil meters R290 refrigerant through a thermal expansion valve based on the temperature conditions, and that temperature is adjustable between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on the microprocessor control system. Operators can keep up with the temperature on the LED display, which shows in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
The stainless steel, galvanized steel, and anodized aluminum exterior strengthens the Traulsen G11010 one-section reach-in refrigerator. It has a glass door that increases product visibility without releasing cold air, though this construction does not hold cold air inside as well as solid doors. At 120 degrees, the door stays open for product stocking and cabinet cleaning, and it self-closes at less than 120 degrees. The unit comes with three shelves and a guard that encourages complete airflow.
