Vollrath VCBF128-37-AF Description
For blending slushies, smoothies, cocktails, or granitas, the Vollrath VCBF128-37-AF frozen beverage machine is equipped with two 2.64-gallon-capacity bowls for maximum production of one product or the capability to serve two products simultaneously. Each bowl has separate on/off controls and can be set to frozen beverage or granita mode for a variety of results. Great for high-volume environments, this unit includes an auto-fill-ready kit that enables connection to a remote-fill system that lets staff preset the refill level. For smooth operation, its large compressor minimizes freeze-down time, while its magnetic drive and brushless motor system simplify operation.
The Vollrath VCBF128-37-AF granita machine measures 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 19 1⁄2 inches deep by 27 inches high for countertops in bars, restaurants, resorts, and more, though it requires a 6-inch clearance on all sides. For indoor use, it's compatible with ambient temperatures as high has 89 degrees Fahrenheit. Its clear bowls are lighted to increase impulse purchases, and to indicate a drink option is unavailable, this light can be turned off if needed.
