To accommodate a diverse menu, the Vollrath VCBF118-37-AF granita machine can create dairy- or alcohol-based smoothies, cocktails, margaritas, and slushies. Its controls include frozen beverage or granita modes, and the consistency is adjustable to produce desired results. This unit operates with R134A refrigerant, features a large, efficient compressor that reduces freeze-down time, and includes a reliable magnetic drive and brushless motor system. Because it can be connected to a remote-fill system, it fills automatically to minimize hands-on tasks; operators need only preset the refill level.
For countertop placement in indoor settings, the Vollrath VCBF118-37-AF frozen drink machine measures 73/4 inches wide by 191/2 inches deep by 27 inches high. To enhance content display and boost impulse sales, its 2.64-gallon bowl is transparent and illuminated.
