Vollrath VCBA168-37 Description
Made to chill, freeze, and serve various beverages, the Vollrath VCBA168-37 frozen drink machine can be used with milk-based products and alcohol, including frozen cocktails, smoothies, and slushies. It has three 1.59-gallon bowls, so operators can display and serve multiple products simultaneously. Each bowl is controlled separately with two main modes—a frozen beverage mode for temperature control and a granita mode for consistency control. Lights illuminate the bowls to showcase product, but the lights can be turned off if they are not needed. Because the compressor is large, it reduces freeze-down time and ensures operation is efficient. To simplify cleaning, the spigots on the dispensers do not have gaskets.
