Vollrath T39945 Description
Four wells are included in the Vollrath T39945 hot food table’s 60-inch-wide design; these wells are separately operated with designated dial controls. Once users set the temperature, the 480-watt heating element ensures it’s evenly spread. Because the heating element is fully thermoset, this unit requires no spillage pans for straightforward setup and operation. It also features a manifold drain that grants simple cleanup at the end of the day.
This Vollrath T39945 hot food table features a 20-gauge carbon steel base with a walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad finish for a rustic touch. The work surface is made of 20-gauge 300 stainless steel to grant a similar degree of strength. The unit can be installed with an NSF2 breath guard (included) to protect the items on display, and to maneuver the majority of floor plans, the bottom-mounted 4-inch casters grant straightforward mobility.
