Vollrath RDCCV-48 Description
The Vollrath RDCCV-48 full-service countertop refrigerator is operated with digital controls that enable the operator to adjust holding temperatures between 32 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Easily installed on most countertops, this display case is built with a self-contained refrigeration system. This system cools using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is distributed with help from the fans. During operation, an automatic and manual defrost system helps prevent the unit's components from freezing.
The Vollrath RDCCV-48 display case measures 48 inches wide and sports rear-sliding doors for a full-service design. An adjustable shelf provides two levels in the interior cabinet space. The curved, double-glazed glass front and LED lighting provides visibility into the cabinet, and the glass heater helps keep the glass clear.
