Vollrath RDCCV-36 Description
The inside cavity of the Vollrath RDCCV-36 full-service refrigerator display case features two levels. Two rear-sliding glass doors simplify stocking, and the front's curved glass adds a modern touch while allowing customers to view the items inside. It has a double-glaze enhancement that adds durability and promotes insulation. The glass heat mechanism prevents fogging for a clear view. The rear doors are removable using a lift-and-remove movement, while the LED lighting increases product visibility.
The Vollrath RDCCV-36 full-service countertop refrigerator display case is simple to install on the countertop because of its self-contained refrigeration system. This system uses nontoxic, eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and utilizes digital thermostatic controls to hold internal temperatures between 32 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Fans help circulate the coolant evenly, while the refrigeration system features automatic or manual defrost cycles to prevent its coils from freezing over.
