For countertop use, the Vollrath PSG4-SF120 panini press measures 17 5⁄8 inches wide by 15 5⁄8 inches deep by 9 7⁄8 inches high; its pivot-action configured top reaches a 21-inch height when opened. It features a brushed stainless steel finish, which increases strength and resistance to stains while reducing susceptibility to corrosion. To ease cleaning, this sandwich grill's integrated drip tray captures excess grease and oils, which is simple to remove at the end of the day.
To turn on the Vollrath PSG4-SF120 commercial panini press, it features a lighted power switch implemented at the rear end of its body. Once on, users can cook steak, chicken, fish, and other meats on its 13 1⁄2-inch-wide by 9 1⁄4-inch-deep cooking surface. It's thermostatically controlled, meaning users can set the temperature between 125 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit using its temperature control dial. Its ready light indicates when the set temperature is reached, while its temperature safety switch stops operation should this unit overheat.
