Designed with a compact footprint, the Vollrath PSG4-DG208240 double commercial panini press measures 24 inches wide by 15 5⁄8 inches deep by 9 7⁄8 inches high. Because its pivot-action top plate reaches a 21-inch height once opened, this press can accommodate varying-sized products, such as fish, chicken, or steak. After high-intensity use, this unit's removable drip tray harbors oils and grease to ease cleaning at the end of the day. Its brushed stainless steel construction is durable and corrosion resistant for an extended lifespan.
Because each plate flaunts a grooved top and bottom, the Vollrath PSG4-DG208240 panini press sports a 19-inch wide by 9-inch-deep cooking surface that adds texture to the product. Each plate is independently controlled; operators can adjust temperatures between 125 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit. To increase user convenience, its lighted power switch turns this panini press on and off, while its ready light communicates when this unit has reached ideal temperatures. To increase safety, this press has a temperature safety button.
