Vollrath N3412 Description
The Vollrath N3412 frying pan measures 12 1⁄2 inches in diameter by 2 1⁄2 inches high. To reduce food waste, it features a nonstick coating, and the bottom has an aluminum-clad construction that enhances heat conductivity. Providing durability and corrosion resistance, the pan is made of 18/10 stainless steel. To reduce the risk of burns, the non-insulated handle stays cool to the touch, and it can be used to redistribute food and carry the pan.
