    "Just bought this fry pan and have cooked on it twice i fried ground beef and ground turkey. I used 2 tablespoons of peanut oil on each and a temperature of about 275 degrees. I heated the pan and the oil first before adding the food. It takes a while for the pan to heat up since it has a very very thick stainless steel bottom. This is not a problem. Once heated I added the food and kept the temp at 275 degrees. The food came out perfect...no burning of the food at all. When cooking was completed I removed the pan from the induction burner and proceeded to take it to the sink and added about 1 1/2 inches of hot water...not cold water. I then added Palmolive soap and let set until I finished my meal. I then poured the contents out and added More Palmolive soap. I used the smooth side of the scrub pad and completely cleaned the pan. No food stuck to the pan. I completely dried the pan inside and out. It looked like it had never been used. Complete drying is essential. I am completely sold on this pan and recommend it highly."
