Vollrath GGMDM-48 Description
This Vollrath GGMDM-48 gas griddle is manually controlled using metal knobs that feature heavy-duty knob guards for durability. The unit is made of stainless steel and sits on adjustable stainless steel legs. The griddle measures 47 7⁄10 inches wide, 27 3⁄8 inches deep, and 12 inches high and provides users with a cooking surface that is 47 7⁄10 inches wide and 20 1⁄2 inches deep. The polished cooking plate is 3⁄4 of an inch thick and features back and side splashes to protect surrounding equipment.
The Vollrath GGMDM-48 gas griddle has four U-shaped stainless steel burners under the cooking plate that are spaced every 12 inches for uniform heating and consistent cooking results. The griddle is set up to use natural gas and includes a conversion kit to use propane instead. The countertop unit maximizes use of limited space.
