Vollrath GGMDM-18 Description
Small and compact, the Vollrath GGMDM-18 flat top griddle features a stainless steel exterior that fits comfortably on flat surfaces in commercial kitchens. Because of this construction, the griddle resists rust and corrosion for lasting use. To execute cooking tasks efficiently, this piece of equipment is designed with a singular burner made of stainless steel and operates with manual controls protected by heavy-duty guards. These controls adjust the temperature settings as needed, making this griddle suited for cooking burgers or chicken.
The Vollrath GGMDM-18 medium duty griddle is comprised of a 3/4-inch-thick plate that’s polished for increased adaptability. To catch splattered liquids during the cooking process, this unit is paired with a 23/4-inch-tall backsplash and sloped side splashes. Similarly, the bottom of this griddle includes a drip tray to hold excess grease throughout high-volume shifts. Though this griddle ships natural gas ready, it includes a conversion kit to grant propane access as well.
