Vollrath GGMDM-12 Description
Producing 28,000 BTU, the Vollrath GGMDM-12 medium-duty griddle sports a stainless one-burner design. Its temperature settings can be adjusted up or down with the use of manual metal knobs, both of which are protected by heavy-duty guards. The flame settings are adjusted through the pilot light access hole. To ensure a clean cooking area, this griddle is paired with a 2 3⁄4-inch backsplash and sloped side splashes to contain grease splatter. Similarly, this unit features a drip tray beneath to capture additional juices and small bits of food from littering the work surface.
The Vollrath GGMDM-12 flat top gas griddle is crafted with a 3⁄4-inch-thick plate that’s polished for heightened adaptability. Because of this choice, the griddle is ideally suited to cook buttery pancakes, crisp hashbrowns, or sausage. While this piece of equipment ships for use with natural gas, it includes a conversion kit that enables LP compatibility when needed. For seamless operation, the countertop unit also includes a regulator and gas valve, and it sits on top of four adjustable legs to provide optimal aeration.
