Vollrath 912HIDC Description
When paired with induction-ready cookware, the Vollrath 912HIDC Cayenne® heavy duty induction range has two hobs to help users prepare food. These hobs create a magnetic field that heats pans to a precise temperature without heating up the kitchen like a traditional range. Temperature in this unit can be adjusted to a level between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Vollrath 912HIDC induction range is equipped with digital controls that can be adjusted to a power level between 1 and 100. Easing use, these controls are touch-operated, and because of its stainless steel frame, this unit is durable enough to withstand frequent use.
