For use in 12-inch by 20-inch chafers, warmers, and hot/cold food wells, the Vollrath 8244324 Miramar® pan template accommodates six Vollrath 40003 sixth-size decorative pans. Suitable for hot and cold use, it secures pans that hold toppings for salads or pizza as well as condiments and dipping sauces. It has a durable underside integral rib design, and its thermoset resin construction is strong and dishwasher safe.
