The Vollrath 8244318 Miramar® sixth-size pan template accommodates six Vollrath 40003 sixth-size pans, making it great for holding toppings for salads and pizzas. Its 21 1⁄8-inch-wide by 12 3⁄4-inch-deep structure fits into standard 12-inch by 20-inch hot and cold food wells, warmers, and chafers. To secure it into the well, it includes an underside integral rib design. It's made of durable, thermoset resin and can be safely cleaned in a dishmachine.
