Vollrath 77523 Description
The Vollrath 77523 Tribute® sauce pot has a 20-quart capacity for large portions of sauce, stew, and soup. With its reinforced handles, the pot can be lifted and carried safely. It works with induction ranges in addition to gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops, due to its magnetic stainless steel bottom. The slender, tall structure of the Vollrath 77523 stock pot draws liquid through the food and brings out flavors. An aluminum core between the two layers of stainless steel heats the unit quickly and evenly.
