Magic Pot
"I invited an intimate group of 20 to 25 people over for Holiday Cheer. I made a big pot of Gumbo. This is a very expensive dish and cannot be left unattended. You have to make sure you reach the bottom of the pot to make sure there is no sticking. This pot is now my official Gumbo pot. No sticking, excellent heat distribution, the weight is heavy but not in an unrealistic way. I can't say enough good things about it. It also looks very pretty on the range. The only downside is I did t buy two when the price was amazing low. It's the perfect stock pot!"
