The Vollrath Cayenne® 7286002 light strip enhances visibility with two shatterproof 60-watt display bulbs, making it ideal for food presentation. Its aluminum housing is both lightweight and durable, ensuring easy installation without compromising strength. Standard light reflectors help distribute illumination evenly, while the recessed dovetail channel supports seamless integration with additional equipment.
For a secure setup, the Vollrath 7286002 light strip includes chain mounting tabs and a set of 1-inch top mounting brackets. A 6-inch pigtail lead on the server’s left facilitates electrical connections, while an onboard toggle switch on the operator’s left offers easy access to controls. Designed for commercial use, this unit operates on a single-phase 120-volt electrical system.
