Vollrath 720202002 Description
The Vollrath 720202002 full-size soup merchandiser can hold 14 quarts of soup at a safe serving temperature. Each of the two heated wells in the base holds a 7 1⁄4-quart inset that contains the soup as it warms and can be removed after use to streamline cleaning. Two hinged lids are included, each with a cutout that leaves room for the handle of a stainless steel ladle used to portion the soup into bowls.
The base of the Vollrath 720202002 full-size soup merchandiser is decorated with contemporary Tuscan-themed graphics that clearly indicate the contents of the merchandiser to customers. This unit can be set on any countertop location near an electrical supply, so it can be placed in self-service areas such as buffets or convenience stores. The Kool-Touch® handles of the serving ladles resist heat transfer so guests can grasp them without burning themselves.
