The Vollrath 69614 Tribute® frying pan has a three-ply construction with stainless steel surrounding aluminum to heat food quickly and evenly. With its magnetic bottom, this unit can be used on induction ranges. Three holes in the handle release heat to reduce the risk of burns, and the non-stick interior coating facilitates cleaning.

Nice size pan
Great pan, it cooks really well on my new induction cook top. I like the large surface area, and it is also fairly deep. When my other nonstick pans wear out, I will replace them with these. The only negative is the handle. I wish I had bought the silicon handle for comfort. The chrome handle doesn't get hot on my cook top, but underside cuts into my hand. It would help if there were a helper handle.
