Vollrath 691414 Description
To extend its service life, the Vollrath 691414 frying pan is made of 3-ply stainless steel and features a riveted handle. Its 13 69⁄100-inch cooking surface is finished in CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating, which reduces abrasions and eases food release. Its induction-ready design is compatible with conventional or induction cooktops, and after use, it should be cleaned using hot water and a mild dish detergent.
