The Vollrath 4791230 VersaGrip® utility tongs are constructed of stainless steel and can withstand heavy use. Flat ends with gripper teeth help flip heavy meats, and, with their springless design, the tongs eliminate crevices where food particles could get trapped. The blue plastic-coated handle stays cool to the touch and can be used in HACCP processes.
