The Vollrath 47753 frying pan features a combination mirror and natural finish. For strength, this unit is made of durable stainless steel, which can be cleaned in a dishmachine after use. Reducing the risk of burns, the ergonomic handle stays cool to the touch, and with an additional helper handle, the pan can be lifted for transport. This unit is induction ready and has a heat-conductive, aluminum-clad bottom.
