Vollrath 47402 Description
Useful for serving small dollops of product, such as sour cream or butter, the Vollrath 47402 disher's 1 3⁄8-inch-diameter scoop holds as many as 0.54 ounces of product. The stainless steel scoop and shaft withstand common wear from high-volume use. The 6 3⁄8-inch-long handle supports right- and left-handed use and its squeeze mechanism secures the user's grip when serving product. It comes in pink, which works well in color-coded applications. This tool works best with soft items.
