Vollrath 47393 Description
Ideal for portioning soft side items, such as mashed potatoes, the Vollrath 47393 squeeze disher's 2 1⁄2-inch-diameter scoop has a 2.8-ounce capacity. To indicate the capacity for users, it's printed on the 6 5⁄8-inch-long handle. The ergonomic handle supports right- and left-handed use; its squeeze grip helps staff get a sturdy hold on product when plating foods. The plastic handle comes in green—standard for size-12 dishers—and the scoop and shaft have a stainless steel construction to endure common wear.
