Vollrath 47392 Description
Designed for portion control, the Vollrath 47392 disher sports a 2 3⁄4-inch-diameter scoop with a 3.2-ounce capacity. Its stainless steel scoop and shaft withstand high-volume use; however, this tool shouldn't be used with hard ice cream. Arranged for right- and left-handed applications, its 6 1⁄2-inch-long handle is ergonomic while its squeeze handle adds control. Its one-piece construction doesn't have crevices or ridges that can harbor bacteria, so it's easy to clean. Its capacity is marked on the handle to eliminate guesswork; it comes in ivory to indicate the scoop size.
