Vollrath 47286 22" French Whip - Stainless Steel

To ensure a long service life in high-volume settings, the Vollrath 47286 Jacob's Pride® French whip's wires are made of rugged stainless steel. This metal resists rusting and corroding, and it's simple to clean. It features a center reinforcement wire to provide additional strength, and its nylon handle can be safely exposed to temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit. The handle is equipped with comfort nubs to provide a secure grip and reduce fatigue. Longer with a more narrow profile than standard piano whisks, this whip measures 22 inches long overall and works well with sauce blending.
