While the wires are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, a reinforcing wire in the center ensures the whip holds its shape when mixing thick substances. Designed for comfort, the 5⁷⁄₁₆-inch-long handle is made of textured nylon, which is resistant to damage from temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
