The Vollrath 47285 Jacob's Pride® French whip's handle measures 5 7⁄16 inches in length, giving the utensil an overall length of 20 inches. Designed to reach into deep vessels and straight-sided pans, the long and narrow shape is ideal for blending sauces and working with dense ingredients. Its wires are made of stainless steel—a rugged, simple-to-clean metal that supports heavy use. For additional strength, it's designed with a center reinforcement wire that resists deforming to maintain stability. This whip's nylon handle is equipped with comfort nubs for a secure grip, and it withstands temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
