Vollrath 47095 20" French Whip - Aqua Nylon Handle, Stainless Steel

Designed for whipping and mixing heavy ingredients, the 20-inch-long Vollrath 47095 French whip has a center reinforcement wire. All the wires are made of 18-8 stainless steel—a strong material that resists corrosion. Preventing bacteria from becoming trapped, the whip has a one-piece construction. To enhance gripping, the 5⁷⁄₁₆-inch-long handle is made of nylon and has a textured surface. This handle withstands high heat and is aqua for color-coded identification.
