Vollrath 4107 Description
With a 3 7⁄8-inch depth, the Vollrath 4107 Wear-Ever® Classic Select® sauce pan can reduce splatter from simmering sauces and boiling liquids. Made of 3004 aluminum alloy, it’s designed to withstand heavy-duty use for long periods, and its top edges and bottom have a double-thick structure to endure wear. Featuring a 2 1⁄2-quart capacity, it measures 7 1⁄4 inches in diameter.
