Great for low-temperature cooking for long periods, the Winco ASP-2 saucepan has tapered sides that create a smaller base to limit heat, while also improving stirring capabilities. Riveted to the vessel, the handle is durable and won't break off, and the pan is made of strong aluminum that heats up quicker than cast iron.
