Vollrath 4018 Description
The Vollrath 4018 Wear-Ever® sauce pan has a 2 1⁄8-inch depth to reduce splattering while food is simmering. Measuring 8 inches in diameter, it has a 2 1⁄2-quart capacity, and its top edges and bottom are double thick to withstand common wear. Made of 3004 aluminum alloy, it endures high-volume use, and it includes a solid-welded aluminum handle that is easy to clean.
