Vollrath 40952 Description
The Vollrath 40952 heavy-duty slicer is equipped with a 12-inch blade and has a large receiving tray that is recommended for high-volume establishments. This unit includes a safe blade removal tool and a built-in sharpener, and the slice adjustment knob provides precise, consistent slice as thick as 1 inch. Because the cutter has a slanted body, it is comfortable to use, and the nonstick coated plate reduces drag and user fatigue. This slicer has a high-quality belt, anodized aluminum body, and nonskid feet.
For safety, this Vollrath 40952 slicer has a blade rim guard, hand guard, and safety cover under the motor. Not intended for household use, the slicer is also not recommended for use with bone-in meat. Before using the equipment, it must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent contamination.
