The Vollrath 40842 drop-in refrigerated display case is versatile and convenient; this display case can be used as a free standing model or on the countertop. The 36-inch design is compact and can easily fit on a countertop for impulse sales. The curved, front glass is double-glazed for strength and temperature retention, making it energy efficient and durable. Heated glass prevents condensation and fogginess. A defrost mode is included to melt the built-up ice so the cabinet runs properly. The interior lighting is located at the top and underneath the upper shelf, creating optimum lighting for the entire unit. The Vollrath 40842 drop-in refrigerated display case has a temperature range of 32 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
