The Vollrath 40743 bench-style meat grinder includes a feed stick and sausage stuffer to go along with a durable stainless steel cylinder, worm gear, ring, and body. To create different textures, this unit is supplied with grinder plates measuring 1⁄8 inch and 5⁄16 inch thick. Because it has a 2 1⁄4-inch-diameter food chute and a heavy-gauge product tray, this grinder can mash 264 pounds of meat in an hour. For cleaning, the grinding head, pan, and attachment are dishwasher safe.
