Vollrath 38119 Description
The Vollrath 38119 ServeWell® hot food station has five thermoset, fiber-reinforced resin wells that are resistant to rusting and pitting. Thermostatic heat controls modify the heat automatically, adjusting it as water temperature or food volume fluctuates. It ships broken down, and because all four sides feature pre-drilled mounting holes, users can effortlessly install the breath guard attachment (not included). This unit includes a stainless steel undershelf ideal for storing extra napkins, utensils, or other supplies, and the side features a cutting board and undercounter plate shelf for added convenience.
Overall, the Vollrath 38119 hot food table measures 76 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 34 inches high to hold buffet favorites, such as mashed potatoes, fried chicken, green beans, or fries. Ideal for establishments with wide-ranging menus, it accepts full-size or fractional pans up to 6 inches deep, but 4-inch-deep food pans are recommended. Its body is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, while its base is made of 16-gauge stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to corrosion. It outputs 3,000 to 4,000 watts, but to reduce operational costs, its capillary thermostat controls produce maximum power efficiency when needed.
